Preliminary Layout

 Title: The Jock 

 

Settings: Starts at Victoria's house, then they go into the car. They arrive at school and walk through the halls, standing at the lockers for a while. Lastly, they end up in class together. 

 

Characters: three teenage girls named Alex, Sabrina, and Victoria (Vic) who are all best friends. They have different styles but are very goofy and get along well. They mostly stay within their friend group but know others as well and interact with other people at school. 

 

Actions/s: Alex, Sabrina, and Victoria are walking into school having a casual conversation and interact with others as they walk in. They head to their first period and encounter several people on their way to class including a boy they all like. Then, they get to first period and all sit down together.  

 

Plotline: The three girls wake up together after their annual first day of school slumber party. They get up to get changed for school and Alex bickers a bit with the girls about the boy they all three like, Troy. they then get into the car together determined to have a good first day of school. In the car, Alex gets in an argument about how they're going to be late because Vanessa took too long to choose an outfit. When they finally arrive at school, they walk up to the lockers to talk a bit before class starts and Alex looks around for Troy. When the warning bell rings, the girls walk to class and take a seat still not seeing Troy. Their teacher greets them humorously. Finally, the final bell rings and Troy bolts in just in time, and the girls look at each other suprised but excited.
